Using Big Data Systems to Understand Health Care Professional Conversations in Public Social Media

On June 15, 2015 it will be my privilege to represent Creation Healthcare at the DIA 2015 51st Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

On stage with Creation Healthcare will be the U.S. FDA, Sanofi, and ArisGlobal. Together we will present a session on engaging patients and health care professionals through social media and big data systems.

My presentation is designed to stimulate discussion about the way social media communication and networking is changing healthcare – particularly for healthcare professionals. Within that, we will look at how health care professionals are now using social media for clinical purposes, and how big data analyses is now permitting new insights that can inform strategic decision making.
